Remodel on Lexington Ct Lake Oswego, OR
This remodel revitalized the kitchen, family room, laundry, and powder bathroom with high-impact updates including a new kitchen range, elegant pantry, seamless hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, and sophisticated paneling and backsplashes.
Kitchen–Although the basic layout remained the same, changes included removing the island cooktop and installing a 36” range on the wall, along with a prebuilt wooden hood. A new walk-in pantry was created in a walkway leading to the family room, accented with a beautiful black iron door.
Family Room–To ensure continuity, we removed the carpet and laced in hardwood floors from the kitchen. We also installed and painted a large built-in cabinet to house the TV, enhancing the room’s functionality and style.
Laundry–The laundry room received a significant upgrade with new custom-built, paint grade cabinetry and a tile backsplash behind the sink area. We replaced the old sheet vinyl floors with tile for a fresher, more modern look.
Powder Bath–We installed floor-to-ceiling wood paneling and added a ceiling-reaching backsplash behind the new vanity in the powder bathroom, elevating its elegance and sophistication.
