Primary Suite Remodel in Ladd Hill Rd Wilsonville, OR

Primary Bedroom–The primary bedroom received a significant update with a complete facelift of the fireplace, which included constructing a custom mantle. Additionally, we refreshed the room by painting the walls and installing new curtain rods to enhance the room's elegance and comfort.

Primary Bathroom–The most dramatic changes occurred in the bathroom, where we replaced a deck-mounted tub with a makeup vanity positioned under the exterior window, optimizing natural light. A fully enclosed steam shower with a bench and a niche box was installed, featuring a door with louvers at the top to release steam as needed. We laid travertine tiles with a heated flooring system underneath for added luxury. The existing double vanity was situated along a trapezoid-shaped wall, creating challenging angles. We re-framed the wall to straighten it, enabling the installation of a new double vanity and a tower. The new cabinetry was carefully stained to match the existing style throughout the house, ensuring a seamless integration with the home's overall aesthetic.
