Kitchen–The client opted for Ikea cabinetry, and although we typically install custom-built cabinets, we were more than happy to assist with the installation. To ensure stability and safety, we reinforced the island to support the weight of the quartz countertop and eliminate any risk of tipping.

We constructed a new pantry area where none existed before. In the kitchen and dining room, we installed 1x2 tiles to enhance the space. Additionally, we removed a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the sunroom, significantly enlarging the dining area for a more open and inviting environment.

Living Room–We updated the space with LVP flooring and new windows, and gave the wood walls a fresh coat of white paint. The floating staircase was enhanced with new stair treads, and all trim and millwork, including the stairs, were painted to match. Upstairs, the loft was refreshed with new carpeting and both wall and trim received a new paint finish.
